1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–15 business days
• International Orders: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Tepe Pots may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Tepe Pots is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Tepe Pots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and notify us for assistance.
7. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
